Why we started OnRecord
After decades in the title industry, we saw the same problems over and over: blown deadlines, unreturned calls, and deals falling apart because the title company couldn't keep up.
We started OnRecord Title to be the company we always wished existed — fast, transparent, and genuinely invested in your success. We're small on purpose. That means when you call, you get a real escrow officer — not a call center.

Who owns OnRecord
OnRecord Title is owned by Christian Higby and Spencer Williams, both active Utah real estate investors with roughly two decades each in the business. That is why seller financing, assignments, and same-day closings are routine here rather than exceptions.
