OnRecord Title holds a statewide Utah agency license, so any property in any of Utah's 29 counties can be searched, insured, and closed by our team. Our office is in Midvale, in the center of the Salt Lake Valley, which puts most Salt Lake County closings within a short drive. For Utah County, Summit County, Weber County, Washington County, and everywhere else, a licensed escrow officer travels to the signing or we run a secure online closing, so distance never sets the closing date.

Every county records through its own recorder's office (Salt Lake County Recorder, Salt Lake County Recorder, Salt Lake County Recorder, Utah County Recorder, Utah County Recorder, Summit County Recorder, Weber County Recorder, Washington County Recorder among them). We e-record wherever the county supports it and hand-deliver where it does not, and we clear county-specific requirements during the commitment stage rather than the week of closing.
